Strega was established in 1999 as a private limited company established under the laws of Thailand.

Strega is a full-service contractor, handling all aspects of underground utility installations and replacements, using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) methods. The company installs underground cables, conduits and pipelines throughout Thailand, and typically serves as a subcontractor for various government departments, such as The Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT), The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), and The Telephone Organization of Thailand (TOT), etc.

Today, Strega is one of the leading and most respected HDD contractors in the country. Over the next few years, Strega aims to continue its success by expanding its operation throughout Southeast Asia.

Strega Company Limited is managed by Thai and expatriate professionals with more than thirty years of combined experience in the horizontal directional drilling (HDD), mechanical engineering and construction industries.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
JOHN BARTON - Managing Director
	As a resident of Thailand for over twelve years, Mr. Barton brings a wealth of international contracting experience to the company, having worked in Australia, Egypt, Myanmar and Singapore. Mr. Barton's experience with HDD dates back to 1992 when he worked as the maintenance manager for the Thailand Ditch Witch dealer. Prior to starting Strega Company Limited, Mr. Barton managed various businesses involved with the local construction and horizontal directional drilling industries.

KANITHA BRAHMASAKHA NA SAKONNAKHON - Deputy Managing Director
	Ms. Kanitha joined Strega in January 2001. She is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelors Degree in Art. Previously Ms. Kanitha worked for large financial and legal institutions as an Executive Secretary.
