Strega provides specialist
services in trenchless technology, or HDD, which is the
installation of underground pipes for utilities, without
open-cutting.
Specifically, Strega presently offers the following services:
- Installation of underground pipes and ducts
- Installation of multiple underground ducts or conduits
- Installation of pipe on grade to a tolerance of 0.1%
Strega is capable of installing conduits, ducts and piping
ranging from 50 mm to 800 mm in diameter for distances up
to 600 meters per pull. Longer distances and larger diameters
can be achieved, but need to be considered on a case by
case basis. As such, clients should contact Strega to determine
if their requirements can be met.
Strega also provides:
- locating underground utilities
using ground penetrating radar (GPR)
- jointing of HDPE pipe using butt fusion equipment
- on grade mini directional drilling
- pipe jacking
- soil and ground stabilization
- large diameter core drilling
